Sleep: your biological shield!

Grandchildren are wonderful and exhausting; sleep is your biological shield!

If, like me, you struggle to maintain consistent sleep, then it is time to get serious about sleep hygiene! If you are over 60, you need between 7 and 9 hours of restorative sleep each night to defend against decline, both physical and cognitive, and to keep up with the grandkids.

So, what do I do? I monitor my sleep, track sleep changes, and ensure that my sleep score is kept on track as much as possible with efforts to improve gradually. Let's talk about what's keeping you awake and how to manage it.
