I have worked for over 30 years supporting clients with a variety of health conditions and liaising with their general practitioners and allied health professionals. In addition, I have reviewed options for them to progress their recovery and move into a better space.
I hold the following qualifications:
Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation, La Trobe University;
Accredited Health and Lifestyle Coach, Health Performance Institute;
Flinders University – assisting clients with chronic conditions;
Mastering Senior Fitness – Third Age Fitness.

Cancellation Policy: Yes, you may cancel Program 2 (12‑Week Transformation) or Program 3 (Ongoing Support Program) at any time by email or phone call and cancellation will be effective on the date the notice is received. Any prepaid fees for Programs 2 or 3 will be refunded on a prorated basis for unused services.
Please note that Program 1: Developing Your Health Plan is non‑refundable but the plan designed for you is yours to keep and reference. If you have questions about a specific cancellation or refund amount, please contact us before cancelling.
